woohoo, a super stay!

central locationquiet breakfast roomheating system

The location is tops, really close to san samuele and san angelo vaporetti stations! i did walk super quick to accademia bridge, rialto, and san marco too. breakfast includes fruit, rolls, croissants, juices, cake, cheese, meats, eggs, cereal, and hot drinks. I love the variety. the breakfast room is large and overlooks a big courtyard.

the room stayed quite warm, even when i opened a window. the warmth does remain somewhat annoying during sleep. i needed some way to adjust that heating system.

the location really rocks, near restaurants and a quick hop to st marks square. several great delis were nearby too. i could easily explore those awesome spots and grab tasty food.

The single budget room was super clean with an en suite. Hot water flowed great. the comfy bed included clean white sheets and towels, yeah! i had a fridge under the desk, so i could store drinks.

Breakfast was acceptable I suppose the coffee was hot.

The room seemed like it had not been updated since the 80s the wallpaper was peeling. The window faced a brick wall I saw no daylight. It reminded me of I was in a dungeon not a hotel room.

the location is GOOD, close to vaporetto stations.

the air conditioning did not work on floors outside the ground floor. the front desk staff did NOT tell people about the broken air conditioning at check-in. they made it difficult to cancel my reservation.
